1) SCOPE OF THE DATA PROCESSED – GETTING IN TOUCH
On the Website, under the “Offer” tab, on the interface provided for this purpose (hereinafter: Form), the User has the possibility to provide their data in order to get in touch with the Data Controller, to receive information about the services of the Data Controller, or to request an offer. When getting in touch, the following personal data must be provided (data marked with * are mandatory): name*; e-mail address*; telephone number*; message. The forms, together with the data provided, are automatically sent by e-mail to the address captain@riverlux.hu and are stored in the database (MySQL) of the associated hosting service. Only persons over the age of 18 may provide data.
PURPOSE AND DURATION OF THE DATA PROCESSING
The purpose of the data processing is to establish and maintain contact with the User interested in the services provided by the Data Controller, to inform Users, and to handle comments related to the activity of the Data Controller. The Data Controller processes the personal data for as long as the purpose of the processing exists, or until the User requests the erasure of their data or withdraws the consent given to the processing of their personal data. In the event that legal effects are attached to the request for information and/or the provision of information, or it similarly significantly affects the User/data subject or the Data Controller, the Data Controller processes the data for the applicable limitation period. Where the Data Controller or the User has a demonstrable legitimate interest, the data may be retained further, until that legitimate interest ceases to exist. The Data Controller informs the data subject thereof.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
When getting in touch, the User consents to the Data Controller processing the User’s personal data as set out in this Policy. In the light of this information, the legal basis for processing personal data – on the basis of the data voluntarily provided by the User – is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or is necessary in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. Users may provide only their own personal data. If they provide personal data other than their own, it is the obligation of the person disclosing the data to obtain the consent of the data subject.
2) DATA PROCESSING BY PROCESSORS

3) RIGHTS OF THE USER IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA
Using the contact details indicated in this Policy (by e-mail or by telephone), the User may request information from the Data Controller about the processing concerning them, may request the rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of the relevant data, and may object to such processing of personal data; the User is furthermore entitled to the right to data portability. The Data Controller informs the User of the measures taken following the request without undue delay, and in any case within 30 days of receipt of the request.
If the request was submitted electronically, the information is also provided electronically where possible. Requests are fulfilled free of charge; however, if the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive – in particular because of its repetitive character – the Data Controller may charge a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs arising from the request. If there are reasonable doubts concerning the identity of the User submitting the request, further information necessary to confirm their identity may be requested.
Upon request, the Data Controller provides the User with a copy of the personal data undergoing processing. For any further copies requested by the User, a reasonable fee based on administrative costs may be charged. If the User submitted the request electronically, the information must be provided in a commonly used electronic format, unless the User requests otherwise.
The Data Controller notifies the User, as well as all those to whom the data was previously transferred, of any rectification, erasure or restriction. The Data Controller omits such notification if it is impossible or would require a disproportionate effort.
If the User considers that their rights relating to their personal data have been infringed, we ask that they submit their complaint to the Data Controller using one of the contact details provided.
Independently of notifying the Data Controller, the User may also turn to the Authority. If the User experiences unlawful data processing, they may also initiate civil proceedings. Adjudicating the case falls within the competence of the regional court. The proceedings may also be initiated before the regional court of the User’s place of residence (a list of the regional courts and their contact details is available at the following link: http://birosag.hu/torvenyszekek).
4) COOKIES AND LINKS
A Google Analytics tracking code and a Facebook pixel are placed on the website, which measure user habits, visits, clicks and navigation on the website in an anonymous manner; for this purpose these applications place cookies on the User’s computer. The Data Controller assumes no responsibility for the content or the data and information protection practices of external websites that may be reached from the Website as an exit point. If it comes to the knowledge of the Data Controller that a page linked by it or the act of linking infringes the rights of third parties or the applicable legislation, the link is removed from the Website without delay.
5) DATA SECURITY
The Data Controller undertakes to ensure the security of the data, and furthermore to take the technical and organisational measures and to establish the procedural rules that ensure that the data recorded, stored and processed is protected, and that prevent its destruction, unauthorised use and unauthorised alteration. The User acknowledges and accepts that, when providing their personal data on the Website – notwithstanding that the Data Controller has state-of-the-art security tools in place to prevent unauthorised access to or interception of the data – the protection of data cannot be fully guaranteed on the Internet. Should unauthorised access or disclosure of data occur despite our efforts, the Data Controller is not liable for such acquisition of data, for unauthorised access, or for any damage arising at the User for these reasons. In addition, the User may also provide their personal data to third parties, who may use it for unlawful purposes or in an unlawful manner.
6) OTHER PROVISIONS
The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy unilaterally, publishing the amendment on the website. This Policy is governed by Hungarian law, in particular by Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information, as well as by the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
